Sorry to have been gone for so long -- combination of things including I just haven't been feeling all that great although it varies a lot from day to day, some days I feel great and other days are no fun. 

Anyway, a bit of a catch up.  Alex started First grade and she's doing fine.  She is always my social one so she enjoys being back with her friends.  Mac celebrated his 5th birthday with a family/friend party and a Transformers cake.  He had a great time.  He also started back this month to a couple days a week at preschool (Goddard) and he has also been realy happy to be back with his friends.

We've been busy most weekends with various activities.  Last weekend we had the baptism of our good friend's baby (Evelyn, known as Evie).  Robert is a Godfather.  It was at the Cathedral and very nice.  This weekend I took the kids to Twin City Days and they had a great time.

Hmm, what else -- we (the kids and I) have started at a new church and that has been a good change.  Oh, and we joined a new 4-H group that has started up which has been good because I can take both kids to the events and not have to worry about one or the other feeling left out.

Anyway, that's some of what has been going on here.  I'll write more over the next few days as I get going again

Yea!!! More Alex and Mac stories!  We missed you vmlay... I even sent out a search party.
